A based field service and customer communications solution developed by Oracle is “Oracle Field Service ”. It can collect data from the field and learns in real-time how to accurately predict future events, reducing organizational costs as well as increasing efficiencies.
OFS is built on time-based, self-learning, and predictive technology, allowing you to solve business problems while evolving your field service organization. This based field service not only reduces the effort of managing your field service operations but also dramatically improves your employee productivity, reducing the organizational costs and keeping all the customers happy.
This version of Core Application combines the features of both Core Manage Service and “OFS Mobility Service”. Core Manage involves the functionality for dispatchers, managers, and administrators and OFS Mobility involves the functionality for resources and both the applications are accessed using different URLs.
In this , you can use a single URL to access all the functionalities for all these roles. The services available in this Core Application include dispatch console, routing, smart collaboration, smart forecasting, capacity, and configuration.
